Bitcoin price remained in a bearish zone and fell below the support at $43,500. It is currently (04:07 UTC) down over 4% and trading near USD 43,300.
Additionally, most major altcoins are gaining bearish momentum. ETH is down nearly 5% and there was a move below the $3,200 support. XRP fell below the $0.80 support while ADA is down almost 7% and there was a move below $1.10.

After a sharp drop, bitcoin price prolonged losses below the $45,000 level and even briefly broke below the $43,000 level. The next major support is near $42,500, below which the price may continue to decline. In this case, the price may be able to test the support at $42,000.
On the upside, there is an initial resistance near the $43,500 level. The next key resistance is near the $44,200 level, above which the price may rise towards the $45,000 level.
Ether price
Ether price also gained bearish momentum below the $3,320 support level. ETH traded below the $3,250 and $3,200 levels. It is now struggling to stay above 3,150 USD. The next major support is near the $3,120 level, below which there is a risk of further declines.
On the upside, the price may face resistance near $3,200. The next key resistance could be near the $3,220 level, above which the price could possibly reach $3,300.
ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE and XRP prices
Gimbal (ADA) fell almost 7% and there was a move below the $1.10 level. It even peaked below the $1.05 level. If the bears stay in action, the price might slide towards the $1.00 level.
BNB fell below the $432 support level and tested the $425 support level. If there are further losses, the price might decline towards the $405 level.
Solana (SOL) is down 8% as the bears pushed the price below the $115 support. The next major support is near the $105 level, below which the price could possibly test $100.
DOGE fell sharply below the $0.155 level. It is down almost 11% and there was a move below the $0.145 level. It is now consolidating near $0.142, below which the price could test $0.135.
XRP Price fell nearly 5% with a close below $0.80. The price is now approaching the $0.75 level. Any further losses could eventually send the price towards the $0.72 level.
Market of other altcoins today
Many altcoins are down more than 5%, including LUNA, AVAX, DOT, SHIB, MATIC, CRO, NEAR, ATOM, LINK, UNI, BCH, FTT, and ALGO. Meanwhile, RUNE and CELO are down 12% and 15%, respectively.
Overall, bitcoin price is showing bearish signs below USD 43,500. If BTC fails to recoup the losses, there is a risk of a move towards $42,500 or even $41,200.
