Litecoin has not reported any downtime. Already. Operating for ten years with 100% uptime, Litecoin is now one of the oldest cryptocurrency networks in the world.

This is why its lack of demand is an advantage since the pace of development on the blockchain is adapted to its use.
When either of the two factors rises or falls, the network faces some kind of outage or downtime.
However, this is not for LTC to have no demand. As one of the most popular cryptos in the world for payments, the altcoin is widely accepted. Just recently, for example, it added Swiss luxury watchmaker Breitling to its list.
It should be pointed out, however, that these developments meant zero for the price of LTC. The altcoin is still stuck in a downtrend, losing over 15% of its value this week. Trading at $49 at press time, the crypto has slipped back into the bearish zone, having barely escaped it after being stuck there for nearly three months.

At the moment, apart from usefulness, LTC is not very useful for investors because it does not bring much profit to its holders. Return on investment over the past 12 months has declined significantly, with the same negative result at this time.

Given that the market value of Litecoin is also at an all-time low, it would not be surprising if new investors refrain from investing their money in the asset. Even so, the existing LTC community will continue to support it regardless.
